Haley is a Chartered Accountant & Community Engagement Consultant based in Mansfield with more than 20 years’ experience supporting agribusinesses and regional clients. She has strong ties to rural communities and is passionate about helping regional businesses and organisations remain financially strong, sustainable, and future-focused. Her work combines hands-on financial expertise with a deep commitment to strengthening regional economies and communities.

Haley has recently been appointed Chief Financial Officer of Farm Trade Australia (FTA), where she brings extensive experience in agribusiness finance, strategy, and governance. In this role, she is responsible for supporting financial management, strategic planning, and the translation of organisational priorities into practical, sustainable financial outcomes. She works closely with the leadership team to ensure disciplined capital allocation, robust financial systems, and long-term value creation.

In addition to her executive role, Haley has significant experience as a Non-Executive Director across organisations in the finance, water, and social enterprise sectors. Through these roles, she contributes expertise in governance, risk management, and strategic oversight, alongside a strong understanding of rural and regional stakeholder engagement and regional economic development.

Haley is passionate about the long-term sustainability of agriculture and the communities that depend on it. She believes FTA’s farmer-first model helps retain value, talent, and opportunity within regional Australia, while simplifying market access and enabling better collaboration across the agricultural supply chain.
