Andrew is an experienced agribusiness and commercial banking leader with more than 35 years working across regional Australia. His career spans agricultural finance, business banking, strategy, and organisational leadership, backed by a deep commitment to rural communities. Growing up in East Gippsland and studying agriculture at Dookie College laid the foundations for a lifelong connection to farming.
